NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

• Eligibility: Get Healthy with Roman Meal Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Roman Meal Company, and their affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

• Sponsor: Roman Meal Company, 2101 S. Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98411. Administrator: Publicis Consultants PR, Inc., 424 2^nd Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98119.

• Timing: The period during which an eligible person may submit an entry or entries in the Sweepstakes begins on 2/22/2010 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on 4/30/2010 at 11:59 p.m. (the Entry Period). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for determining whether or not an entry is timely submitted.

• How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sponsor's website (www.RomanMeal.com) at any time during the Entry Period and following the links and instructions to complete and submit the entry form provided. No person may submit more than one entry per day during the Entry Period regardless of the number of email addresses assigned to that person. If two or more persons share an email address, only one of those persons may use that email address to submit an entry. An attempt by any person to submit more than one entry per day during the Entry Period by using multiple or different email addresses or identities will void all entries by that person and that person will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In case of a potential violation of the foregoing Rules, the Administrator will consider the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit an entry to be the Sweepstakes participant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for the email address used to submit his or her entry.

• Prize Drawing: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, interpretation of these Official Rules, and the selection of the winners are final and binding. After the end of the Entry Period Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and notify the potential winners by email or mail. The potential prize winners will be required to sign and return to the Administrator, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability, and a Publicity Authorization in order to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or if a potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Authorization within the ten-day period, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and the Administrator will select another potential winner for the prize by means of a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. All prizes will be awarded and fulfilled approximately eight to ten weeks after the end of the Entry Period.

• Prizes: Ten (10) prizes will be awarded. No person may win more than one (1) prize. Each prize will consist of as many sessions with a personal trainer in the winner's local area as can be purchased for Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($480), provided that in no event shall a winner receive more than eight (8) sessions. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution of prizes may be made except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal value if the prize described above is not available in a winner's local area for any reason. Winners are responsible for the payment of all taxes and fees associated with receipt and/or use of the prize. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The total approximate retail value of all ten (10) prizes in the aggregate is Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($4,800).

• General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds (a) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or (b) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

• Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and Administrator shall not be liable for: (a) the inability of any person to timely submit a Sweepstakes entry because of a technical failure of any kind including, without limitation, an equipment malfunction, power failure or interruption, phone line disconnection, or network hardware or software malfunctions; (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (c) technical or human error occurring in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; and (d) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail.

• Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which may be found at www.RomanMeal.com.

• Winners List: A list of winners will be available online after all winners have been chosen. The process of identifying the winners should be completed approximately 15 days after the end of the Entry Period.
