This 100% whole grain bread has a delicious taste. Two slices deliver 90% of the daily recommendation of whole grain.

 

Our bread is baked fresh locally in many bakeries across the country, your loaf of Roman Meal bread may carry different information.

INGREDIENTS

Coarse whole wheat flour, water, high fructose corn syrup, yeast, vital wheat gluten, whole grain wheat flakes, contains less than 2% of each of the following: whole grain rye flakes, soybean oil, honey, calcium sulfate, salt, molasses, calcium propionate (mold inhibitor), malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, soy lecithin, defatted flaxseed, dough conditioners (ascorbic acid, sodium stearoyl lactylate, azodicarbonamide). Allergen information: contains soy, wheat.
